The Danish design concept for international and colorful medic company, has impact across the organization.

THE CLIENT BRIEF

When international medicinal company Merck opened offices in Denmark, they chose Rita Arch to create a
comprehensive interior concept, that integrated their colour palette and graphic elements.

OUR SOLUTION

The comprehensive interior concept is based on Merck’s core values and visual identity. These aspects were incorporated into the design from the beginning and are expressed through colours, materials, furniture, bespoke elements, graphics and wayfinding.

As in so many work places, the staff of Merck has a mix of different cempetences and tasks. We developed a work environment, that facilitate thinking outside the box and sharing know-how across teams and departments.

Our work for Merck Denmark has led to further implementation of our concept in more locations of this international organization; among others, Dijon and Amsterdam – here illustrated with a few slides from the project portfolio.
