In order to create transparency, for you and us both, we subdivide any project into six phases. The phases we see as a useful tool, that ensures that we put emphasis on exactly the right areas in your project.

PROJECT BRIEF
Start up meeting, identyfying the issues, description of the project.
ANALYSIS & RESEARCH
Analysis and research of the existing situation – work flow, capacity registration, usage and needs. User or employee workshops, and registration of the spatial / architectural assets.
ORGANISATION
Space planning and disposition, interior design solutions.
DESIGN
Conceptual development, material- and color selection, acoustics, lightning, furnishing, bespoke or custom solutions, wayfinding and graphics.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Reconstruction: contact with landlord, contractors and craftsmen. Tenders and acquisitions – quotes and offers on both construction and inventory.
BUILDING / IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
Implementing the interior solutions, overseeing construction and finishing the project. As an important and last detail, we do thorough project follow ups, as requested by the client.
